A Sailor's Night is inspired by maximalist, baroque styled art, although conceptualised through a modern eye. i took influence from a platter called 'Apollo and the Muses' found in the Wallace Collection. I created my own scene, characters, personalities and story inspired by this and my fathers life in the navy. my collection consists of 4 looks to fit the characters; The Sailor, The Barmaid, The Pianist and The Vocalist.
